GET TO KNOW AMBER-LEE

 Hi, I’m Amber-Lee — makeup artist, brow specialist, and all-round beauty lover.

I grew up on the Gold Coast and completed my Diploma of Beauty Therapy at the College of Integrated Therapies in 2007, followed by a Certificate in Fashion, Glamour, and Bridal Makeup Artistry with Napoleon Perdis in 2008.

After moving to Bundaberg in 2017, I started my business the old-fashioned way — renting a tiny space in the back of a hair salon, armed with a blackboard on the footpath and no clients (just a lot of determination and caffeine!). Fast forward a few years, and in 2023 I found my dream studio space. We gutted it completely and brought it to life with the help of Chantel Art & Design from Gin Gin, who painted the stunning murals that now make the space so special.

These days, I live in Bundaberg with my husband, our son, and far too many pets (if you ask him). When I’m not at the salon, you’ll find me watching true crime documentaries, reading, or relaxing in a long bath with coffee or gin in hand — not together, I promise!

I’m proudly a millennial who still thinks the 90s were the best decade (and I’ll never be caught dancing on TikTok).

What truly drives me, though, is education and growth. The beauty industry is always evolving, and I believe continuing to learn keeps my artistry fresh and my clients receiving the best care possible.
